A collaboration between three friends. As college students we have a unique point of view which we hope to express with through our collection of crafts, recipes, and design related thoughts and images. This is our guide to fashion, food, and fun, one colour at a time! Unless stated otherwise, we do not own any of the content posted on this blog. We are using this blog to gather and share some of our favorite internet finds.

Russet is Retro
I found this on foodgawker and decided that I would still share it... It's for last week's theme but too good not to share!

A little more formal
If you want a shirt that is a little more formal here's a long sleeved gingham shirt with regatta blue and navy

Its currently on sale for $29.95 at American Eagle.
If I didn't have like a million shirts like this, I would snatch this up in a heartbeat!

Not to be outdone...
Ever since I met the wonderful *supercoolR my shopping habits have not been the same...
IF she can do a Blue shirt, so can I!
(the shirt I want to use is currently in my shopping spree post from like two weeks ago)
This shirt from American Eagle blends hint of Regatta Blue with other colors to form a modern plaid/western shirt that doesn't feel so country.

Its $39.50 right now at American Eagle, but with all of their sales and AE Rewards discounts you can get it for a steal depending on how often you shop there.

Sometimes Two is better than One
Vegan chocolate cakes are apparently all the rage on foodgawker lately...
Here's another recipe, this time from Joanne Chang, who participated on Throwdown with Bobby Flay... Her sticky buns beat Bobby's in Battle Sticky Bun so this Harvard Grad's baked goods are the real deal.

Soba... So yummy!
Don't these Soba noodles look yummy? The icing on the cake for this dish is that theyre served in a Regatta Blue, Navy, and White bowl!

Organizational Blues
Organizational skills are not present in everyone... that's why Lil' Prepster is here!
Rubbermaid offers a series of affordable and attractive options, which also feature Regatta Blue on the interior!

Hamper-$13.00
(The handles aren't the most comfortable, but I love that its easy to clean and store when not in use!)

Nesting Bins - $12.00
(These are cute and functional!)

Shoe Organizer - $19.00
(I know the girls could use a few of these a piece!)

Always Preppy!
Lil' Prepster here!
This week I've decided to allow you a glimpse into my bedroom!...Well sort of... No this isn't that kind of show ladies! (That isn't my room featured up there, but I do have walls in a similar shade and that is def the quilt I have in my room... As any good prep, plaids, prints, and stripes are welcome staples into my daily life...
I love Tommy Hilfiger's Hawaiian themed items in general... I have a Red comforter with a Navy reverse with Hibiscus flowers, and a matching Navy bolster... When I saw this quilt that matched both I knew I had to get both! I found a queen sized one for $40.00 at Marshalls... quite the steal considering Twin sized ones were the same price... It retails for over $100.00 so I have to say I got a great bargain! The quilt is pretty awesome, but I just noticed it has blocks of Regatta Blue in it!
And in true shopaholic fashion, I have multiple sets of sheets! The set, whose name escapes me, which features Regatta Blue will be up later this week if I can find its name and thus online pictures... The other set I have is called Aaron and features cute little lobsters! How more New England can I get?
Update...
Ebay is a good way to buy new bedding (especially if you want to add to what you have or replace a damaged item)... I got my stuff at a fraction of MSRP! If you need additional pillowcases, a bedskirt, or curtains to coordinate with you bedding, buying sheets is actually a more affordable option in many cases instead of using FABRIC!

I have yet to remember or find a similar pattern so I just took a picture with my phone. Ignore the wrinkles, I washed those sheets before the long weekend and they're kind of wrinkled from sitting in a bin with my extra bedding.
