Double Threads

I've been busy and the others haven't been posting so I am going to post the color for the week ending tomorrow and the week starting sunday. In honor of July 4th I figured that this would be a better way to have a themed series of posts.

Night Sky (New Color: Peacoat)

June reminds us of the night sky and cool waves. This week's color ties into the former.

Peacoat (Pantone 19-3920) is the color of the week for the first week of June 2011

Alligator Sky

Between the weather being much nicer lately, and me listening to owl city lately, I've had a fascination with the sky lately. When I saw the name of this week's color I knew it was the right one!

Aqua Sky is fun color for summer as well as Pantone's Color of the Year for 2003!

Stormy Skies

This weeks colors is Slate Gray (Pantone 16-5804). This color is inspired by the stormy weather of late.

Sorry about the delay, between being sick, graduating, and moving back home, I've been very busy. I thought one of my partners in crime chose a color, but they haven't so I'll be playing catch up again!

There's something in the air.

The winds of change are whipping up around me. This Friday marks the beginning of the end for me. Commencement begins on Friday and ends Saturday Afternoon... In honor of the warm weather this weeks color is American Beauty (Pantone 19-1759)

Another week has come and past. With this weekend being a long weekend I took advantage of the time to enjoy myself and have a good time. This weeks color is a venture into nature literally!

This week I posted a fabric swatch and a paint chip to show how the same color can be different based on the medium used. While our colors may not be exactly the same in recipes or fashion/ decor, the same basic color is found in each item.

A New Week, A New Color, A New Member

Week 11: Shamrocky Secrets

Pantone has declared this weeks color, one of the 10 hues to look out for in Spring 2011 Fashion for men. If you do a closer inspection you will see several of our previous colors.

This week's color was chosen in honor of St Patrick's Day. Nothing describes Ireland more than its lush plant life. The color name Turf Green (17-0119) brings about a beautiful mental representation of grass.
